BREACH IN CONFIDENTIALITY/ DISGUSTING !!
I’m disgusted in the level of confidentiality !!! A call agent gave personal information details about my medical aid benefits after I called to notify them about the complaint lodged to Pharmacy Direct for giving my details out as well. I will be taking this further and reporting this company to the Popi Act!! Somebody best contact me to resolve this.
