Dear Sir The options available on your contact number *** more often DO NOT work when selected. One has to disconnect, redial n hopefully after a few tries if lucky one will pick up a good line where the options work. As I've had endless problems with my D2D benefits which were depleted in error by Bonitas, I was and am still forced to call daily to resolve the problem. I've mentioned the " call options " problem to your consultants however this has fallen on deaf ears as the problem still exists....try for yourself it is frustrating !!
