Bontias is the Terrible!!

<p>This is the 2nd time im palcing a complaint on Hello Peter regarding the same thing?<br />Some called me to notify me that they working on my complaint only to get an email that say what I already know and need more explanation on, they i have called since Friday last week and the put me on hold for more then 20min only to tell me that the supervisor is in a meeting.... and finaly after being on the phone for 37min nothing was don??? I requested Documents from them and Meagan Lucas said she send me the documents but there was nothing attached?<br /><br /></p> <p>I just spoken to Sakonzi and he said he will look in to the matter ?? </p> <p> </p> <p>The only way i get someone to notice my complains is when i put if on Hello Peter :( thats just wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pay almost R3500 every month for medical aid and this is the service??</p> <p> </p> <p>query number 051216Q1RFHK.</p> <p>Closure of Query [MI ********** 05]</p> <p> </p>
