Bontas and Pharmacy direct's ******* relationship
Bonitas is forcing to use pharmacy direct. Yet neither of these two are ever available when you need them. This is now the forth time that Pharmacy direct has failed to deliver my critical chronic heart medication. Still Bonitas does not do any thing actionable about Pharmacy direct's misconducts and ignorance.
