I took my daughter to the dentist (Health - Works Carlswald Dental) which according to the Dr's accounts department are under the Bonitas umbrella or network. A month later i received a call from the doctor to settle the acoun't because Bonitas refused to pay, when checking with the medical aid the Dr is under their network. I am know liable for an amount of R5,993.26. I have been a member for 15 yrs that should coun't for something never have i though of changing the medical aid despite the fact that some of their benefits are useless, am really frustrated and disappointed with the service am getting this is my attempt in trying to find some assistance.
