Bonitas/Medscheme *********** Staff.
I have been calling Medscheme (Bonitas) being given different answers to a simple adding my newborn to my recently joind medical aid. Bonitas states that within 30 days from the childs birth they are automatically added, However Iv spent over R200 in airtime(Calling, filling out forms and sending emails) as noone seems to know how to add a dependent. I have spoken to Ambitious Muleya and Karabo Phoku. Apparently the matter has now been escalated to the Call Centre Manager Mrs Khan.
