Bonitas,just as bad or worse than usual.

I have written so many poor reviews on Bonitas always hoping that their service will improve, but it never does. My last review was Bonitas refusing to pay for my sleeping pills when i had funds, the pills were prescribed by my doctor and the pills were dispensed by a pharmacy, but no they still would not pay. After an exchange of over 20 emails, putting my complaint on Hellopeter they still refused thinking that I would at least get some tax back from SARS. But no , they send me my Medical document for tax showing that they had only short paid on R354,00 value of medicines. I knew that they had short paid by many thousands. After about 50 to and from emails from Bonitas and getting no where i decided to phone them. After speaking ti a very helpful women at Bonitas she explained to me that it was the pharmacy who sent them the shortfall details on medicines. I then went to Dis chem and they checked their records and realized they had two profiles for me. Their attitude was most helpful and they said the Pharmacy Manager would send both profiles to Bonitas and ask for the correct information to be stated on my medical deduction form. The Pharmacy Manager did as she stated she would do and copied the email to me. She has sent two emails to Bonitas now but still with no response. Knowing Bonitas this could go on for sometime and I am trying to do my tax return. My only hope now is that writing to Hello Peter might get some action going.
