Bonitas.....Completely Useless !!!!!

So, I had an emergency op to remove my appendix just before Xmas 2018. We have been trying to get the fund to pay for the operation, which they are obliged to, by law !!!! Every time we try and get an update from Bonitas we get the run around, member numbers, cell numbers, new reference numbers, requests for documents from the doctors. All of which have been supp**** over and over again !!!!

Nothing happens !!!!! Going nuts listening to people ask for things over and over......

Good day The membership number is *** The most recent ref. No. is 40519QF7WH6 Please note that we are being sued by the doctor for the outstanding amount of R 8,366,65 which is due to be paid by 21 May 2019. Please can someone sort this out asap. Regards Paul Wygers
