Bonitas/boncap service non existant

I dont think all your members love you when they are through to your call centre and ask to be put through to your PMB departmeng to try sort out YOUR mess and you put throubh to any department other than pmb department. Then call *** and ask for pmb not callcentre and they put you back to call centre. I waster R40.00 airtime as a government pensioner on this issue and spoke to 4 receptionists who would not help. I gave all the names written down Ask to speak to reception manager whose name i also have who promised to call back znd never did. Your customer service is totally non existant.shame on you! Boncap
