Bonitas- Zero Star since Momentum takeover

Bonitas was amazing. Since momentum take over in June 2026- this is the worst experience i have ever had. A Preferred surgeon and anesthetist for a Procedure that was authorised- are rejected. When you call- you get told that it has been escalated, and waiting for assessment. The Doctors want there money, so who has to foot the bill- or face being handed over?

After being a member for 21 years (Joined on 01 July 2005) -I want to reassure you- i am seriously reassessing my future membership with Bonitas.

If you don't already know this... you will lose members. And i can assure you- you will also lose Preferred doctors. No one will want to work with you!
