Bonitas, you partner is letting you and your customers down

Sorry to make this a review of Bonitas, it's really a review of the terrible service I am receiving from PharmacyDirect, the service Bonitas has chosen to deliver its chronic medication. This is probably the best way to get PharmacyDirect's attention since they seem not to care about service. With each delivery they notify the customer by SMS and supply a "tracking number" which proves useless because it is an internal number and not for any particular courier. The closest I can get is a 48 hour window when delivery might happen. This inconsiderate given that I might not be at home when the delivery happens and chronic meds are ones in which there should be no gaps. This is a trivial matter to sort out but PharmacyDirect appears to lack all motivation when it comes to service. Not even their chronic meds website is functional. Come on, Bonitas, swap to a real medication courier
