Bonitas you are useless
Can I rate you a -10 star. You can call and receive a references, the consultants promise to call you back.....NOTHING. I have called so many times. I am tired of my mom's medical aid been suspended and her bank fees because of rejections due to your incompetence. I am tired of dealing with you. You have caused family more pain and suffering than the death of my father who's membership we are trying to move over.
