Bonitas worst medical aid when it comes to administration

I've been a member of Bonitas for 17 years and recently retired. Ever since my retirement, I've only experienced problems with Bonitas. I don't receive my medication, making use of their call centre is a nightmare. Bonitas suspended my membership saying I haven't paid, but my bank account has been debited and they are seemingly completely *********** when it comes to their administration and they should really rethink their call centre flow. It takes 2 minutes before the phone rings if you are lucky not to be cut off

I would like to ask Bonitas 2 questions:

1. Would have happened if I was to need urgent medical attention while Bonitas has wrongfully suspended my membership?
2. What does a debit order means for Bonitas?
