Bonitas - Worst medical aid when comes to termination

Bonitas only send me my cancellation yesterday after i have send my termination on the 20th of December 2018. 2 Consultants told me i would get my contribution back! They just keep lying and covering for themselves!! So here is my message to the people who consider Bonitas! This is the way they treat you after 12 years not missing 1 payment! My reason of termination is affordability! They dont care, they place a false promise which was recorded!! Bonitas does not look after there loyal clients!!
