Bonitas worst Medical Aid that continue to deduct funds after cancellation.
I have been a member of Bonitas for just over a year. I cancelled my med Aid 3 June 2024. 4 June completed the cancellation form and sent. Sent a query on 4 July stating that I have cancelled. Queried Why they took their subs end of June. I sent them an email stating that I have cancelled. They once again sent me a reminder for end July subs to be deducted. How on earth can they do this . I have moved to another medical aid and now paying for 2 medical aids. Bonitas is the worst Medical Aid that I have had in 35 years of having a medical Aid. Reference Number : 260724Q9RXXY

01 Aug 2024, 07:40This issue is still unresolved. Bonitas Debited my account this morning. I cancelled my medical aid 3 June 2024. A payment was taken end of June. This morning they took another payment. Now I have paid them amounts for 2 months and they continue taking monies albeit the medical aid has been cancelled in June.
@ Bonitas when can I get my refund for the amount deducted on the 1 August 2024. You have my banking details . Please confirm. This is hard earned monies that you are taking.
