BONITAS WORST MEDICAL AID!! NO FOLLOW UP TO MY QUERY FROM THE 28 JANUARY 2022

THE WORST MEDICAL AID - BONITAS MEDICAL FUND!!!!!

I am a chronic patient diagnosed with Diabetes type 2. Bonitas has created a Diabetes care program specifically for Diabetes however it does not assist us Diabetics at all. I consulted the medical aid before attending my yearly Diabetic appointment at the GP to determine what is the code for the routine blood test that I needed to have done and I was told by the diabetes care program that I must speak to Client care for the codes from the care program. I was told at the call centre that the PMB list will be sent to me via email and to date I have not received it. I then went to the GP on the basis that the PMB list will be on my email but nothing, I had my bloods done on the 25 January 2022. I was told by the medical aid that the blood tests done at the Doctor , + R2000 was taken out of my savings instead of it being allocated to the chronic fund. I am absolutely appalled by Bonitas who do not care for their Diabetics in the least. I have been told that I must wait for the PMB list to send it back to the doctor for them to change the codes and then I must send that claim to Bonitas for it to be allocated to the chronic benefit. The service is absolutely disgusting and I need help with allocating the chronic blood tests amount allocated to the chronic benefit instead of my savings urgently.
