Bonitas - worst medical aid fund!!
Worst ever medical aid. Gives authorisation then decline, then approves again and don't want to pay PMB available benefits, even when doctors provided extra information regarding the procedure. Even the Council for Medical Aids doesn't want to assist properly with this matter! Been a member for years, but stopped my membership and moved to another medical aid.
