BONITAS WORST MEDICAL AID EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was on the Boncap option of Bonitas, I had to undergo an operation on my shoulder which the Boncap option didn't cover they instructed me to upgrade to a plan that does cover it, which I did, I had to postpone my operation due to this, On the 1st of July they notified me that I have successfully moved over to the Primary Select which covers this operation, but every time I do my Hospital Authorization they keep on declining it cause they keep on doing it on the Boncap option my operation is the 9th of July and I still haven't received my Authorization for the operation and every time I phone them they are of NO HELP at all, I am fed up with Bonitas, I really don't know what to do anymore as I can't postpone the operation again.....
