Bonitas-Worst Medical Aid and lack in communication

Dear Bonitas,

Due to your useless communication and no call back from any agent and numerous times i had to call in just to join your medical aid and still they say send an email.

It took you more than a week to communicate via email just to tell me my id number is incorrect on the application form.

No assistance was given ,so clearly you do not want my business and i will be taking it somewhere else.

I will never recommend this medical aid to anyone due to your lack of communication, incompetence,and useless customer service.

Your employees clearly need better training, as when i queried with Discovery which is clearly a competitor they called me back immediately. Clearly you need to learn something from them.

Cancel this application and never contact me again.
