Bonitas worst Medical aid

Unbelievable how useless Bonitas Medical aid is. Phoned them 6 June 2025.Was informed by them after a telephone conversation of more than 30 minutes. They can't assist me, and I must send an e mail to the Oncology department with the Oncogist referral letter to get physiotherapy. Send e mail same day. Send two more e mails without any response. Last e mail was send on the 20th of June. On the same day I received a e mail from their PMB department with bull**** questions which only the physiothe****** can awnser not the Oncogist. Is this not unbelievable. I got a referral letter from the Oncogist to go for physiotherapy and all I wanted to know is if they are going to cover this. I have been waiting for feedback from the 6 of June and still no feedback. I will spread the message far and wide about your terrible service. My work is now helping me to see a physiothe****** Fedup with bull**** nonsense of Bonitas. Rufus
