Bonitas wont refund my money

This month Bonitas decided to over debit my account for my monthly premiums. I have now been overcharged for two extra months premiums. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions, each time I get promised that I will be refunded by tomorrow. Now when I call the call centre, i just get put on hold until i eventually have to hang up after 30 minutes at a time. I now have no choice but start legal proceedings against Bonitas to get my money back. Terrible service from an even worse Medical aid. I will be changing my medical aid service provider to a more professional company like Discovery after years of loyalty from my side. Pathetic service!
