Bonitas won't change debit order date - nor debit my contributions.

23 July: I requested to change my debit order date from the 25th to the 20th of the month. [***] 25 July: It was confirmed that the changes have been updated, but only applicable from 20 September.

To this day, my debit order has not gone off and yet with every follow-up, I'm told that the date has been updated.

22 October: I made a manual payment, 2 days after my supposed collection date. When I queried on the same day, why my D/o did not go off, this is the response I got:

[The debit order was not collected because member made a manual payment on the 21 September 2024.

Please note debit order will be collected on the 20 November 2024, please do not make a manual payment.] — ***

I don't understand why it has to come to this. I have used all the available platforms to confirm this — and Bonitas consistently treats me like an idiot. I won't be making a manual payment as the consultant instructed. And dare they suspend my membership, I will happily find time each day to sing like a canary on Hello Peter like the fool I am.

Please don't call me. Don't apologize. Just do what you confirmed 4 months ago. Thank you.
