Bonitas witghholding HOD's names and contacts

BONITAS!!!, I don't even want to guess how many people experience the same bad and dangerous treatment from Bonitas. They don't even take pride to reply to Hello Peter, shows you how serious they take complains of clients. Shocking. Forsure this is definitely the worst medical i have ever joined in my life in every single aspect and i promise you there is no emotions involved when saying this. Another question? I have read most of my chronic medication that it needs to be kept under temperature of 25 degrees. The other day the delivery motorcycle delivered my meds in a plastic bag , we measured the temperature and with a laser temp device and it was 31 degrees. I have a picture of what the pills look like when i opened them. Should this be investigated or is the pharmaceuticall companies wrong on their product instructions? Luckily i had enough witnesses with me to confirm my finding. If there is anyone feeling the way i do please post this because it does impose health risks.
