Bonitas will not pay up!

I was hospitalised for a week in June this year. Whilst in the hospital, the doctor ordered that a variety of blood test and scans be done on me to figure out what was wrong with me. Now I am getting the bills from Lancet Laboratories, saying that I am owing them R1144. Bonitas medical aid is refusing to pay for those blood test because they want to know the reason why the doctor ordered them. They are not contacting the doctor but say it is my responsibility to get a letter from the doctor explaining the reason for the blood test. I think this is unfair. I am on the Standard option and hospitalisation is supposed to be covered 100%. I just paid this money from my pocket but I feel that Bonitas is reaping me off and I am not happy about this. <br>
