Bonitas will not authorise my claim

I am fed up with the service level of Bonitas. whenever you contact them to get to get authorisation for a claim the buck gets passed. even my Doctor has no faith in them because of the number of calls that need to be made to them just to get medical assistance. this is a medical aid that brings pain and suffering more than a piece of mind. im in pain and still have to use my airtime to BEG them to authorise. maybe the intention is to let me die. how may procedures do I have to do through???? I need this matter to be resolved and get my health back if they do care. I would not recommended this medical aid at this point in time to anyone
