Bonitas will most probably NOT pay you what they owe you!
4 months later. Yet another month, and I still haven’t received my refund. After confirming bank account details numerous times (mind you they even asked that the bank account be certified ), I am told I have to wait yet another month just to get the payment DATE , NOT the PAYMENT!
This is one company who will make sure that you are frustrated and financially strained when it comes to paying back what they owe.
If you are just about to claim for your refund. Be prepared to be **** to over and over again, as for ever receiving your funds… well good luck.
