Bonitas will be the most reviewed company on hellopeter soon

The amount of complaints concerning Bonitas I have written on here is more than any other company I dealt with. And that includes Telkom etc. Judging by the amount of other complaints on here I really dont understand how they can still be in business. In December I sent 2 emails to the claims department. ********** Again about accounts they do not pay. (Very regular occurance). No response. This month I sent another 2 emails again to claims. And still how many days later, no response. To cap this all I recently went to see a specialist prescribing asthma medication. This was rejected as it was according to Bonitas not listed as treating medication for asthma. Back to the specialist who informed me that it is fairly new in treating asthma. A motivation was written and proof of this medication now being used for treating asthma. Again rejected.

Its going to happen soon where someone is going to die because of this useless companies utter incompetence and then I hope they are financially strong enough cause its going to cost them millions.
