Bonitas will be delay delivery of prescription pills and not even care to update you
Bonitas has a program where they encourage you to get prescription pills from them and they will deliver. However now they are two days late after I had called earlier (last week ) to prep them about any potential delays due to the strike and the public holiday but even today I still cannot get an answer on when I'm getting the medication. Absolutely horrible experience!!!! Any recommendations on a medical aid that knows how to do its job will be welcome
