Bonitas where is my refund

Cancelled my membership on 21 September for end of October 2018. Joined a new medical aid assuming my membership would be cancelled accordingly because I would now have to pay pro rata with them. Come Nov 2018 they still deducting money from me claiming someone phoned me on 1 Oct to inform me that I need to get a stamp from HR before they can cancel my membership. Asked for the recording where they supposedly left me a voicemail cause I didn’t get a voicemail. No sms, no email to tell me they needed that stamp only when I phoned in I was told this. no feedback from them I have to have to email them everyday cause now I’m already in arrears with my new medical aid because of their incompetence. Still waiting for my money 2 weeks layet UNACCEPTABLE so disgusted ???
