Bonitas WhatsApp platform useless
I am tired of companies encouraging people to use WhatsApp platforms operated by bots. Tried so many times to get some much needed info on the WhatsApp platform. No info is given until you enter the OTP. I am just not receiving an OTP so there 8no way to bypass this idiotic system. It will not give info or let you speak to an agent. I'm so frustrated with this medical aid. Unfortunately when it's part of the employer group we are forced to use them!
