BONITAS WEBSITE - COMPLETELY *******!!!

BONITAS INTERNET COMPLETELY *******!!! I wrote a review on Hello Peter on 29 August 2022 regarding the nightmare with Bonitas Medical Aid. The very same day they rep**** with a “Sorry to hear” and my complaint will be addressed during office hours which obviously never happened. Some time later I received a “The voice of the customer” e-mail from Bonitas to answer 2 Questions right. The first question asked me to rate their service from 1 to 10. Good and well so I did. The second page asked me to note my experience, or comment or whatever. Guess what? When you want to write a comment, or make a suggestion for service improvement, their page just freeze. Then in June 2022 I received my IRP 5 from Bonitas and downloaded it. This is a document that they sent to me by e-mail. Guess what? On 13 October I received another e-mail from Bonitas as a “Final reminder” to download my Tax Certificate. Only this time I had several options including logging in to Bonitas website to download the IRP 5. So, I wanted to give it a try right. I first tried to log in with my login account. The message in red said that my “account is not recognised”. I then tried to register again. After inserting my membership number all my personal details came up. E-mail address, contact number, name etc. But then it asked me for a password and to repeat the password. I tried about 5 times and every time it said that the “passwords do not match”. I cannot reach Bonitas via their website, trying to call them is a nightmare and if by chance you do get trough to them you either get misinformation or that they would call you back. And those “call backs” never happen. I called Bonitas a week ago to find out which surgeon on their Pretoria network could perform a gastroscopic examination. Bonitas sent me a list of about 22 doctors, none of which refers to a gastroscopic surgeon. Funny enough the list contained 6 Psychiatrist’s. I also received an e-mail from Bonitas saying that they have updated their network details for 2023. One would expect at least a list of network doctors. But NO!!. The webpage asks for all your details and then ask you to give the “Doctor’s” details?????? I really cannot complain about the Bonitas Internet information, because it does not exist!!!! BRAVO
