Bonitas want 37years of medical aid proof???

I have had only good service from Bonitas, even though i see bad reviews on the internet about them... I did not understand till now. My dad retired and i wanted to add him as a dependent on my medical aid. I was told R1900 monthly for him. I accepted only to find they put him on a three month waiting period. Again i called and called and got to someone saying, because he is al late joiner etc... I went back and sent them proof of medical aid for the last 10 years. Then i thought all is fixed, but back and forth emails eventually got them to wave the waiting period, by then my dad was without medical for almost a month! Now i get the first deduction and Bonitas deducted R3433 more than my previous month??? Then i called again and was told i need to provide proof of medical membership for my dad for the last 37 years??? Who the hell keeps records for that long. They want that proof or they will keep deducting the same amount (R3433) every month for my dad. My dad is very healthy. He has no medical or chronical conditions that needs medicine constantly.
