Bonitas vs Totalrisk modifier codes

Totalrisk has been requesting breakdowns on shortfall payments on my account of June 2024 since I submitted my claim in June. To date Bonitas has responded with some of the codes but there are still outstanding. Now I do not know why they are requesting this and what the intercompany issues are but me as the middleman, being threatened by the surgery for handover, is not a happy customer. Whatever the issue is let me know so that I can either get me a new medical aid or new gap cover as this is totally unacceptable.
