Bonitas VIP service sucks

Once again, this bunch are at it. This time not paying for chronic medication despite the savings having tens of thousands in it. What the hell do they pay for - you pay them thousands for nothing, it's like throwing money down the sewer! Raise it with Alexander Forbes who manage the company's relationship with Bonitas with promises that one will get a response same day. That was over a week ago and still waiting. DON'T CHOOSE THIS BUNCH THEY ARE NOT THE BEST - FAR FROM IT - you can't go to this optometrist, this dentist, this hospital, this pharmacy! Last time they said you are on our VIP list so we will monitor things and ensure all goes well - well their service remains abysmal despite being put on the VIP list - if this is how a VIP gets treated imagine the common idiot who choses them.
