Bonitas very disappointing service
My son needs to go onto his own medical as he is 22 and working. I e mailed Bonitas a new membership application on 03 March 2021 and to date it has not been finalized after several phone calls, but reference nr and promises of escalation. Very disappointing service and incompetence. We have been with Bonitas for many years. Time to switch to another? 6

I refer to previous complaint and attach hereto my response to Nicole that has not responded. All supporting documents was submitted and my son was put on the highest income bracket. I cannot believe this inability to assist a client and recklessness of Bonitas in the manner they work with clients. the Please see my complaint and rectify with immediate effect
Hi Nicole, Thank you for feedback below.
I still do not agree with the waiting period as this is a forced change. He has been on a medical aid since birth. There should be no waiting period.
Secondly, why is his contribution so high. According to Bonitas website and my initial quote conversation with Vuyelu on 24/02/2021 his contribution should be R1212 as his income is between R0 and R8520.
Please rectify this.
