Bonitas USELESS!!!!

On the 9th January start of a new year we went for our yearly check up, only to be told Bonitas is not paying! Its a new year so the medical aid definitely did kick in by then. We ended up paying R1700 out of our pocket when we pay medical aid!!!! I emailed on the 13th January stating we want reimbur*****t. *** With no feedback up until now!!!! I'm fuming as this is absolutely ridiculous. I wrote to Hello Peter and gave a Google review. That is why the Google reviews are only 1.9 because of your pathetic service. Im waiting until the 28th if I do not have my refund I will be canceling with Bonitas. I will continue to mention how pathetic Bonitas is on social media and word of mouth and people should rather opt for a real medical aid company not some circus run show!

Please sort this out ASAP! awe pay a medical aid each month for a reason!!!!!!
