Bonitas unpid bills

My name is Mmbmbadzeni Mbulaheni ,MEDICAL NUMBER ***, on the 26 August 2017 I was involve in the terrible car accident and air lifted to Sandton Medi clinic . and I was at ICU for longer period and in ventilation as my condition was life threatening . 1. My problem is Bonitas refuse to pay all the bill for ventilation which is R76 000 and excluding those short falls paid to the different doctors which I am currently paying . According to me there was a report submitted by my doctor to be classified as PMB(life threatening ) situation . and now to my surprise now am listed by Sandston and I can not do any credit . 2. I was again transferred to rehabilitation center and very sure that Bonita's approved it before I was moved but now I am owing R26 000 , And I think should have given the amount not to be acceded .

I tried many times to call Bonita's and they keep on failing me and asking for the reports I sent them but no luck pls help .I understand at pay other thing but not for equipment that help me to bring back my life and that what I was my main reason to have medical aid to get best help
