Bonitas underwriting department is shocking

Bonitas underwriting department is shocking. Administered by Agile Health it is a nightmare to get the simplest application sorted out. A client came to me who urgently needs a heart operation declined by Bonitas and on a group scheme he approached me to assist as he wasn't receiving the necessary assistance from his group scheme. He is a dependent on the partners Medical Aid. The best way for me to assist was to move him from individual capacity. Bonitas requires a complete new application to be done in this case. It is now one month later and this has not been resolved. Between Agile Health and Bonitas. . I have explained the urgency of the matter over and over to Agile Health and Bonitas. They just don't get that it is a Bon to Bon application and I have never dealt with a Medical Aid as *********** in the underwriting department as Bonitas since it is administered by Agile Health !!!
