Bonitas Unauthorized Debit R1600

For the month of July 2015 Bonitas debitted me for R1600 as opposed to my normal debit of R700.00. <br> <br> When I called their call centre, the agent told me that I was supposed to submit my payslips and salary break down. They also say they have sent me email communication and sms's warning me of this. They also said no refunds will be honored. How many other people are they double debitting and how much are they making off our people of South Africa???<br> <br> Who gave them the right to double debit me???
