Bonitas unable to downgrade from bonsave
i have sent a request to downgrade due to financial difficulties BONITAS does not care about that firstly they sent an email saying i have sent a wrong form,after i corrected an sent in the new form that they forwarded to me they rep**** and say the period is closed,my question is that rather downgrade me to bon essential than me cancelling the premium.<br> <br> please assist,i want to knpow if there is no solution i will cancell the medical aid and probably get a cheaper one somewhere else.
