Bonitas too big to help?
Do I have to give a star? I have tried for more than 2 years now to register with Pharmacy Direct to receive my chronic medication. Unsuccessfully... Despite several emails to them and Bonitas. Pharmacy Direct is the ONLY service provider for Bonitas, which, I guess, gives them the impression that they do not have to help someone get medication they cannot live without. I really need some assistance, that bonitas seemingly refuse to give, to resolve the issue, as it is now a matter of urgency. Thanks
