Bonitas - they only care about your money

This is now my 3rd report about Boinitas. Bonitas promised to respond to my last HelloPeter complaint dated the 30th of August and I still have not been contacted.<br> Bonitas handed me over for collection without notifying me about an outstanding amount. I have since then, settled the amount, provided proof of payment to Bonitas, and requested I be sent an updated statement reflecting this, as well as to have the collection agency Creditworx stop harassing me.<br> Bonitas has not been able to respond to my requests. I have not received an updated statement indicating a 0 amount. I am still being harassed by Creditworx because Bonitas have not been able to let them know that the payment has been made.
