Bonitas the worst medical aid company in South Africa
Bonitas is the worst medical aid company in South Africa. They claim their WhatsApp line works. Every time it comes up with a message " all our agents are currently busy try again later. " For the last 3 business days it says the same. Its PRO takes days to sort out OR call me back . definitely the worst service .
