Bonitas the Bully
I just received a "statement of debt" from Bonitas with a few possible reasons as to why I may owe them money. Take into cosideration that I have been a member for almost 3 years and never missed a monthly payment. I reached out and requested a reason as to why I am being held accountable for a mistake made in their system, I am yet to receive feedback on this after 12 days. BUT they are able to send me a threatening letter stateting that they will suspend my membership if I don't pay, still with no reason as to why this amount is owed.

17 May 2022, 12:07If find it very interesting that you are able to reply to a public complaint in 3 hours time (at night time), noting you will resolve this matter (same boring comment every complaint gets). Yet you are NOT able to respond to my private emails to actually resolve this issue of Bonitas wanting me to be accountable for their mistakes. We are now approaching TWO WEEKS of this matter not getting any response.
