Bonitas Tenda Health is taking you down.

I had a bad experience with one of your providers underwritten by Bonitas called TENDAHEALTH they took over a month to process my medical aid application and didn't follow my request as instructed, my dad was on medical aid since 1994 with only two months break but was put as a late joiner when asking them to fix this my query went another two weeks without being resolved(was never resolved). my application was handled by Metse Mokoele who keep saying he will call me but he never does. I ended up changing my medical aid to another scheme due to the unprofessionalism I received from your provider tenda health.
