I would like to send a big shout out to Bonitas for the excellent and outstanding service that has been provided to my father thus far. My Father had his first, left leg, amputation last year in August and his second, right leg, amputation in January 2019,although his membership with Bonitas commenced January 2019 the cover he had, has been amazing, it is as though he has been a member since forever. Most claims have been more than reasonably covered by the Scheme.

I managed to get the names of the people within Bonitas that were directly and indirectly involved in ensuring that the Scheme makes correct payment on the prosthesis as per the initial approval.

These are the main people I want to sincerely thank, if it were not for their intervention, I believe I would have spent more time fighting and calling the Scheme as the processing of this claim had gone on for too long, both the provider and I were not getting joy from following up on this claim.

These people deserve a bonus or whatever award there is for such service delivery. I can’t begging to express the joy my father and the rest of the family have because of the payment of this account as he finally got his prosthesis. He actually got a second chance of standing up again and taking steps with his artificial legs, he can walk around in the house now and do everything he has wished to do while he was on a wheel chair.
