Bonitas takes double deduction and refuses to refund

<p>Bonitas medical aid took double deduction for cover that starts in April. When queried they respond saying nothing is due to me. If I was covered for this month, it would be understandable. But I am not. So even if they deduct in advance (the previous month for the following month, it still wouldn't make sense for them to deduct double for medical aid that starts covering me from April. The nerve to send me an email telling me straight up that they are not going to pay is madness altogether. I don't even know how I am going to pay rent this month. Being inconvenienced doesn't even begin to explain this vendata.</p>
