Bonitas take note. Your partner Marara Pharmacy are complete buffoons.
Someone at Bonitas must take responsibility for contracting Marara Pharmacy as its DSP. Marara are a joke and have no idea what efficiency and competence means. A bunch of fools are running this place to the detriment of its clients who pay their bills.

07 May 2025, 17:36Clients/Members should not have to resort to platforms like Hellopeter to get our challenges addressed. Excellent service should be a norm in South Africa where millions are unemployed. God forbid that one day "any inconvenience" will result in serious consequences.
