Bonitas suspension of my medical for 3 months ,

I am a member of Bonita's for 6 years .I just realized now when my wife was sick that my medical aid is suspended since from the 1st of January 2016.For the whole 3 months I was not made aware of this. and all the payment is always been done by my company because the company deduct some certain percentage from me and the pay the medical.Even now is still suspended, the question is what if one of my dependent or even myself was/is involved in a serious accident and I am busy paying a lot of money to Bonita's<br> <br> 2nd complain<br> Last year I added my wife to be my dependent and that time she was pregnant but on the application forms i missed that part of pregnancies but what is surprising is that after 5 months she started visiting the Doctor <br> using the medical even the private got approval for giving birth. but now I had to go pay more than R10 000 because bonitas said they new nothing about the pregnancy but while they paid for all the visits the<br> dependent made to the Doctor, Atleast if they would have declined the approval I would have went to public hospital without stress of paying a lot of money to private clinic.
