Bonitas suspends accounts without Notice

Bonitas has in their accounts R8000 that the GEPF (Govt Employee Pension Fund) has paid to them. This is money that they need to pay back to me as I have paid the Bonitas in full for the last few month. Still waiting for payment. On 31 Oct 2015 I made payment for the month of Nov. No call, no letter to state that there were any problems, but on the 16 Nov, a letter from bonitas stating my benefits are suspended. Numerous calls over a two day period and the *********** call center cannot resolve or just ESCALATE the matter to finance. Seems like the left and right hands in this organisation don't work. ACTUALLY NOTHING IN THIS ORGANISATION is done properly...<br> <br>
